The new Pilotage Charges will take effect from 1st January 2008.

PILOTAGE TARIFF - FUEL SURCHARGE
Due to the unprecedented increase in fuel prices throughout 2008, it has become necessary to increase the Port of Southampton Pilotage Tariff. The service charge wil be increased from 54.67% to 57.40% with effect from Monday 14th July. There is no change to the maximum level of £550.00
