ABP Southampton must be informed of all leisure events which are planned to take place within, or adjacent to the Southampton VTS area (See Below).

This enables the Harbour Authority to deconflict events and commercial activities. Our aim is to improve safety for all users of the Solent.

Event organisers must carry out their own risk assessment for events or races and supply the Harbour Authority with a copy. 

To help us keep the list below as accurate as possible, event organisers are invited to download and complete our event notification form.

This form is to be completed and submitted not less than 4 weeks from the event start
