All cruise vessels visiting ABP Southampton are to contact our dedicated Cruise team

Cruise vessels are typically allocated a berth on booking, subject to availability


ABP Cruise will manage all initial bookings for Cruise Ships. Agents are to follow the Vessel Booking Process with additional information requested below

Port Planning will manage the Vessel Booking via ABP Notify, Vessel Traffic Planning, Berth Planning and Safe Access/Egress

Southampton VTS will manage all vessel bookings due in the next 24 hours and monitoring of vessels underway and alongside


ETA to Port Limits is greater than 4 days

Vessel Agent is to contact ABP Cruise to request berth availability and to determine operational requirements


ETA to Port Limits is less than 4 days

Cruise vessel agents are required to submit their Cruise Layon Operations plan to ABP

Cruise agents will recieve ABPs Marine Layon 4 days in advance to vessel arrival
